Sixteen facial and laser paths for visible aging skin.
You came here because something changed — a crease that wasn’t there last year, skin that looks tired even after sleep, a jawline that reads softer in photos. This is where professional treatments can reach beyond daily skincare — into hydration, exfoliation, collagen stimulation, pigment support, or structural repair depending on what your skin actually needs.
At Desert Bloom in Scottsdale, sixteen facial and laser treatments cover the full spectrum of aging skin concerns — from gentle monthly maintenance to regenerative protocols that rebuild collagen from the inside out. Dr. Natalya Borakowski, NMD oversees every protocol; facials are performed by Sadie Luna Kearns, Licensed Aesthetician.

Scope: Sixteen facial and laser paths covering the full spectrum of visible aging — fine lines, mature skin, loss of firmness, dullness, age spots, and uneven tone. Four categories: Regenerative, Lasers & Energy, Peels & Resurfacing, and Gentle & Maintenance.
Provider & candidacy: Dr. Natalya Borakowski, NMD provides medical oversight; facials are performed by Sadie Luna Kearns, Licensed Aesthetician. Not surgical. Most treatments are suitable for adult patients; candidacy for lasers and RF depends on Fitzpatrick skin type and medical history.
Downtime & how to start: Options range from zero-downtime monthly maintenance to several days of visible peeling or redness for ablative resurfacing. Start with a complimentary skin assessment — Sadie can confirm the right path at your first visit, with no consultation fee for facial bookings.
Effective anti aging facial treatment planning usually starts with three questions: does the skin need collagen stimulation, surface texture support, or volume-loss routing? Topical products maintain the surface; facials and light-energy treatments work below the surface where collagen and elastin live.
Most ranges of aging skin concerns — fine lines and wrinkles, uneven skin tone, sagging skin, age spots, and slower cell turnover — respond to a combination, not a single hero treatment. This page is a map, not a menu. Each card below is a doorway to a full spoke page with pricing, protocol, and recovery detail.
The best anti aging facials are not the most aggressive ones by default. They are the ones matched to the actual pattern: dehydration, texture, pigment, laxity, sensitivity, or volume loss.

Here is the simplest way to read the treatment map. We group the sixteen options four ways:
These treatments recruit your body’s own repair pathways. They are the biology-led tier of anti aging facial treatments and work best for mature skin, loss of firmness, and patients who want results that improve over months rather than fade after weeks.
Best for
Under-eye hollows, nasolabial folds, early jowling, overall facial volume loss — without synthetic filler.
What makes it distinct
Your own blood is processed into a natural biofiller gel; fills volume AND stimulates collagen simultaneously. Single treatment, natural substance.
Choose this if
You want volume restoration but prefer nothing synthetic in your face.
Starting at $1,500 (full face)
Best for
Dull tone, early fine lines, dehydrated skin that needs a boost of hyaluronic acid and peptides.
What makes it distinct
Five-step HydroPeptide protocol including LED light therapy — hydrates, exfoliates, and brightens in one 60-minute session. LED included at no extra cost.
Choose this if
You want immediate glow and early-stage collagen stimulation without needles.
$149 per session
Best for
Sensitive skin, redness, thin skin around eyes, post-inflammatory recovery, fine lines.
What makes it distinct
Polynucleotides (salmon-derived DNA fragments) stimulate collagen and calm the skin at the same time — one of the gentlest regenerative options.
Choose this if
You have sensitive or reactive skin and most active treatments feel too aggressive.
$350 per session
Best for
Patients who want deep serum delivery without needles — fine lines, dehydration, early aging.
What makes it distinct
Uses mild electrical currents (iontophoresis) and sound waves (sonophoresis) to drive active ingredients deeper than topical application can reach.
Choose this if
You want needle-free deep delivery of antioxidants and peptides, 90-minute session, zero downtime.
$249 per session
Best for
Sun damage, hyperpigmentation, melasma, dull skin, early sagging, acne scars — all in one protocol.
What makes it distinct
PRX-T33 is a no-needle biorevitalization — acts like microneedling without the wound. Safe across skin types including melasma (where most lasers aren’t).
Choose this if
You have pigmentation or melasma concerns and cannot use heat-based lasers.
$375 single / $950 for 4
Laser treatments use specific wavelengths and energy depths to address what facials alone cannot: set-in fine lines, sun damage, skin laxity, and deeper texture irregularities. All laser sessions are physician-supervised by Dr. Borakowski.
Best for
Skin laxity, early jowling, loose skin on neck and cheeks, softening sagging jawline.
What makes it distinct
Virtue RF combines microneedle channels with radiofrequency heat — deeper collagen remodeling than microneedling alone. Depth controlled by needle cartridge (0.5–3.5 mm).
Choose this if
Your primary concern is firmness and contour, not surface texture. Fitzpatrick I–III only at this clinic; not recommended for Fitzpatrick IV–VI. Must be done before any filler, never after.
Starting at $800 (3–4 sessions recommended)
Best for
Age spots, sun damage, brown discoloration, uneven pigment, diffuse photoaging — not redness or melasma.
What makes it distinct
Alexandrite 755nm targets melanin; 2–4 sessions clear scattered sun damage across the face, neck, and chest.
Choose this if
Your main visible sign is discoloration from sun exposure. Fitzpatrick 1–3 only — not safe for darker skin tones. Not for melasma — heat can worsen it.
$275 face / $575 face-neck-chest
Best for
A laser facial that is safe for all skin types — Fitzpatrick I through VI.
What makes it distinct
1064nm Nd:YAG wavelength goes deeper and skips the surface pigment risk of Alexandrite. Safe for Fitzpatrick I–VI and often preferred when surface pigment risk is a concern. For active redness or rosacea, Dr. Borakowski should assess whether laser is appropriate or whether a gentler facial route is safer.
Choose this if
You have Fitzpatrick IV–VI, or a history of pigment reactions from other lasers.
$275 per session
Best for
Comprehensive facial rejuvenation — tone, texture, fine lines, and pores in one session.
What makes it distinct
Uses a multi-wavelength Quanta EVO protocol in one appointment for broader tone and texture support than a single-laser facial.
Choose this if
You want maximum laser benefit and can plan for 1–2 days of redness, 3–5 days visible recovery. Fitzpatrick 1–3 only.
$675 per session
Best for
Fine lines, crow’s feet, deeper wrinkles around the mouth, and mild scars when ablative resurfacing is appropriate.
What makes it distinct
Erbium:YAG removes damaged surface layers with less thermal spread than CO2, which can mean a shorter recovery for the right candidate. Two intensity options — Cool Peel for texture, Deep for real wrinkle reduction.
Choose this if
You want real resurfacing with less downtime than CO2 and are an appropriate candidate for ablative laser. At this clinic, ablative Erbium resurfacing is for Fitzpatrick I–III only; Fitzpatrick IV–VI should be routed away from ablative heat-based resurfacing.
$275 Cool Peel / $675 Deep
Chemical peels and physical exfoliation remove dead skin cells from the skin’s surface, revealing smoother skin beneath and accelerating cell turnover. These are the original anti aging facials — still among the most effective for skin texture and brightness.
If the concern is fine lines around the eyes, crow’s feet, roughness, or mild acne scarring, the strongest routes are microneedling, Erbium resurfacing, or a series of chemical peels depending on skin type and downtime tolerance. Collagen stimulation is useful when the skin looks thinner, softer, or less resilient — but it should be matched to skin type, pigment risk, and downtime tolerance.
Best for
Fine lines, uneven skin tone, age spots, mild texture concerns, gentle ongoing anti aging facials.
What makes it distinct
Sadie selects the acid and strength — glycolic, lactic acid, salicylic, TCA, or VI Peel — based on your skin type and goals. Ranges from superficial lunch-hour peel to medium peel with 5–7 days of visible flaking.
Choose this if
You prefer a series of lighter sessions over one aggressive treatment. Wait 6 months after isotretinoin. Never combined with dermaplaning the same visit.
$150–$350 per session
Best for
Fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, enlarged pores, uneven skin texture on the face and neck.
What makes it distinct
Controlled micro-injuries trigger collagen stimulation and gradual texture remodeling over a series of treatments.
Choose this if
You want measurable texture improvement and are willing to commit to a series of 3–4 sessions spaced monthly.
$250–$500 per session
Best for
Immediate surface smoothing, dull skin, peach fuzz removal, makeup application, pre-event glow.
What makes it distinct
Physical exfoliation with a surgical blade — removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair in one pass. Pairs with a HydroPeptide finish for hydration. Zero chemical downtime.
Choose this if
You want a same-day refresh or want to prep your skin for deeper treatments later. Not combined with chemical peel same visit. 6-month wait after isotretinoin.
$75–$200 per session
These are the painless, no-downtime options. They won’t erase deep lines on their own, but they keep results from more aggressive treatments looking fresh and build the small, cumulative habit that genuinely improves skin over years.
Best for
Skin elasticity maintenance, facial muscles toning, a subtle lift feeling with no needles and no marks.
What makes it distinct
Microcurrent facials are the muscle-support option in this category: they use low-level current to stimulate facial muscles without needles, heat, or peeling. Ideal for anyone wanting a maintenance protocol.
Choose this if
You have a social event, want a painless tightening session, or use it monthly to extend the results of your other treatments.
$110 per session
Best for
Dry, mature skin, sensitive skin, anyone wanting a nourishing, farm-sourced ingredient experience.
What makes it distinct
Customized 60-minute organic facial with AZ/TX farm-sourced botanicals, CBD massage, and gentle AHA exfoliation. Calibrated by Sadie to your skin type on the day.
Choose this if
You want a relaxing, skin-restoring monthly session with ingredients you recognize.
$100 / 60 min
Best for
Cleanse, exfoliate, extract, and hydrate in one multi-step session.
What makes it distinct
Vortex infusion delivers hyaluronic acid and serums while extracting impurities. A reliable monthly facial for ongoing skin care for patients with dry or dehydrated skin.
Choose this if
You like a no-surprise, well-known menu facial with immediate visible improvement.
Starting at $149 per session
Anti aging facials are not interchangeable. What you should book depends on what you notice in the mirror, your skin type, and how much recovery time you can plan for.
Still not sure? A short in-person skin assessment with Sadie usually clarifies which gentle, resurfacing, or maintenance option fits your skin best. If the concern requires laser, RF, or PRP, Dr. Borakowski will guide that decision. No consultation fee for facials — you can adjust the treatment after she sees your skin.
Collagen support often becomes more relevant in the mid-to-late 20s, when collagen production gradually begins to slow. That does not mean everyone needs active treatments early — it means maintenance can be introduced gently before concerns become more corrective. For most people, anti aging facials every four to six weeks align with the skin’s natural cell turnover cycle. Patients in their 40s and 50s often layer one maintenance facial monthly with one regenerative or laser session every 3–6 months — that combination keeps results moving forward without over-treating.
Dr. Natalya Borakowski, NMD provides medical oversight for every protocol at Desert Bloom and personally performs PRP Biofiller, RF Microneedling, and all laser treatments. She brings 17 years in aesthetic and naturopathic medicine, an NMD from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, a BS in Cell Biology from Arizona State University, IMCAS speaker credentials, Laser Safety Officer certification, and an adjunct faculty position at the University of Bridgeport.
All facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microneedling are performed by Sadie Luna Kearns, Licensed Aesthetician.

“Anti-aging isn’t about chasing a younger version of your face. It’s about understanding what your skin actually needs right now — and matching the treatment to that, not to a trend.”
