About Desert Bloom Skin Care
Desert Bloom Skin Care is a physician-led skin care and aesthetic medicine clinic in north Scottsdale, Arizona, founded in 2008 by Dr. Natalya Borakowski, NMD. The clinic offers thread lifts, wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, laser treatments, medical facials and the Desert Reset membership, each planned around the patient’s own skin.
How did Desert Bloom start?
Dr. Natalya Borakowski opened Desert Bloom Skin Care in Scottsdale in 2008 to help patients of every age improve the health of their skin. From the start the clinic brought together medical treatments and skin care: PDO threads, nonsurgical rhinoplasty, microneedling, radiofrequency skin tightening and LED therapy, alongside facials and home care advice. Today thread lifts and CO2 laser resurfacing are two of the clinic’s specialties.

Dr. Borakowski, a naturopathic medical doctor with 18 years in aesthetic medicine, plans and leads every medical treatment at the clinic.

Desert Bloom is a calm, private clinic with its own reception and treatment rooms, in the Edwards Professional Park on the Shea Boulevard health corridor.
Who will you see at Desert Bloom?
Dr. Natalya Borakowski, NMD, founder. Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, with a degree in Cell Biology and Genetics from Arizona State University. She performs every injectable, laser, RF microneedling and thread treatment.
Veronika Morozova, aesthetician. Veronika performs all facials at Desert Bloom, including the Desert Reset treatments, the Organic Desert Bloom Signature Facial, the detox acne treatment, the back facial and the teen facial, as well as microneedling. Each facial starts with a skin analysis, and Dr. Borakowski oversees every protocol; for microneedling with PRP, she draws the blood and supervises the session.
Veronika’s journey with Desert Bloom Skin Care began more than 16 years ago, when she was a newly graduated esthetician working alongside Natalya, who was also an esthetician at the time. After the birth of her son she stepped away for a while, and she has now returned to work alongside Dr. Natalya once again. In her words: “For me, skincare is about more than appearance. It is about nurturing healthy skin, building confidence, and taking time for yourself.”
Kelsey Koenig, patient coordinator. Kelsey looks after your booking, your questions and your visit. She is a Communications graduate of Arizona State University with a background in sales, business and marketing, and her interest in aesthetics grew from her own experience with skin care, self-care and wellness. She enjoys getting to know patients and making every visit feel welcoming, personal and comfortable.

Desert Bloom Skin Care is at 10752 N 89th Place, Suite 122, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, in the Edwards Professional Park on the Shea corridor of north Scottsdale. From the Loop 101, exit at Shea Boulevard; the clinic is just east of the freeway. Free parking is available in front of Suite 122.
Patients come from across the Phoenix area, including north Scottsdale, McCormick Ranch, Gainey Ranch, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Biltmore, north Phoenix, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek and Carefree.
