Non-surgical rhinoplasty at Desert Bloom reshapes soft tissue — never bone — using PDO threads, hyaluronic-acid filler, or both. Threads add structural support and can subtly lift the tip; filler can smooth a dorsal hump or refine asymmetry. Neither breaks bone, which is the line between surgical and non-surgical rhinoplasty. Dr. Borakowski declines candidates whose deformity is bony rather than soft-tissue — those patients need a surgical rhinoplasty for honest results.

Young patient in her 20s wanted fuller upper lip to balance with her lower lip. Pictures show two different patients, last front photo is a different patient but she had a similar concerns to the first. Revanesse Versa filler was used, vertical injection technique typically known as "Russian lips" helps to define cupid bow as well as shorten the space between upper lip and tip of the nose. Pictures were taken immediately after injections so some swelling is present. Lips will take 5-7 days to heal and will look very natural

This patient is in early 40s eater to improve her lip shape, define cupid bow and lift upper lip. Vertical injection technique commonly known as "Russian lips" was used. This is healed result, two weeks after injections. We have flat but fuller and well defines lips. Revanesse Versa filler was used.

This patient is in early 30s water to have fuller lips with more defined upper lip. Revanesse Versa HA filler was used today. Pictures are taken immediately after injections and some swelling is present. Lips will heal fully in about a week and final result will be very natural with overall refreshed look

Patient 4

Patient in her early 60s came to clinic concert with lip asymmetry, her upper lip is significantly smaller than lower lip. We used Revanesse Versa HA filler with vertical injections technique commonly known as "Russian lips" to lift upper lip and enhance the cupid blow. Full 1 ml syringe was used for this injection. Results will last for up to 2 years

This Middle Eastern patient in her late 20s came for lip filler to fix M shape lip deformity, which created empty pockets on the lower part of the upper lip. We injected Revaness Versa HA filler using both vertical and horizontal linear technique to give her natural, more balanced result with fuller smile.

How long does non-surgical rhinoplasty take to show results?

Most patients see initial change immediately or within 1–2 weeks. Final results — including any collagen-mediated improvement — typically continue to develop over 8–12 weeks. We re-photograph at follow-up so progress is documented, not assumed.
