Your skin is assessed each month before treatment. We consider its current hydration, sensitivity, congestion, texture, pigment, recent sun exposure, previous procedures, and response to your home-care routine. Your provider then adapts the treatment within your membership level.
This allows your care to change when your skin changes—without requiring you to diagnose your own skin or select a treatment from a complicated menu.
How the Desert Reset Membership Works

Select Essential, Signature, or Complete according to your goals and preferred treatment time. Our team can help you decide which level is appropriate.
2. Begin with a professional assessment
Your new-member experience includes a personalized skin evaluation, baseline clinical photographs, and an individualized treatment plan.
3. Receive a customized treatment each month
At every visit, your provider reassesses your skin and selects the appropriate combination of HydraFacial technology, professional skincare, and eligible clinical enhancements within your membership level.
4. Build credit when you miss a month
If you cannot use your monthly treatment, the amount you paid is transferred to your Desert Bloom Wallet. Your money continues working toward future care rather than disappearing as an expired facial.

The Desert Bloom Wallet
Your membership payment always remains yours to use.
Appointments sometimes have to wait. Your money should not disappear when they do.
When you do not use your monthly Desert Reset treatment, the amount you paid is transferred to your Desert Bloom Wallet as treatment credit.
Your accumulated Wallet balance may be applied toward eligible Desert Bloom services, including:

- Botox®, Dysport®, and Daxxify®
- Dermal fillers and other injectable treatments
- RF microneedling
- Advanced skin treatments

- Thread lifts

What happens if I cannot come in one month?
Your monthly payment is converted into Desert Bloom Wallet credit. You may accumulate this credit and apply it toward eligible treatments at Desert Bloom Skincare.
Do Desert Bloom Wallet credits expire?
Wallet credits do not expire, and they remain available if you later cancel your membership. Credits cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Can I use my Wallet balance for injectables?
Yes. Wallet credit may be applied toward eligible injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, as well as laser treatments, RF microneedling, advanced skin treatments, and thread lifts.
Are dermal fillers discounted for members?
Dermal fillers do not receive a membership discount. However, members may apply accumulated Desert Bloom Wallet credit toward eligible filler treatments.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Desert Reset has an initial three-month commitment. After that period, you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
