Dr. Natalya Borakowski, NMD

Dr. Borakowski didn't set out to open an aesthetics clinic. She trained as a naturopathic physician, drawn to medicine that treats the whole person and respects the body's own biology. Aesthetics found her when patients kept asking the same thing: can you help me look as well as I'm trying to feel?

What she saw in the industry frustrated her — treatments sold by the package, injectors chasing trends, and "med-spas" where no physician ever reviewed a chart. She built Desert Bloom as the correction: a medical practice, physician-led, where the first answer is always an assessment.

Her approach

She doses conservatively and builds plans in stages, because the most common aesthetic mistake she sees is too much, too fast. She'd rather you come back than overcorrect. And she's comfortable telling a patient that the honest answer is to wait, treat the skin first, or do nothing at all.

Training & focus

Dr. Borakowski's clinical focus is injectable artistry — neuromodulators and dermal fillers — alongside PDO thread lifting and energy-based skin treatments. She pursues advanced training in facial anatomy and injection safety on a continuing basis, because the field moves and patient safety depends on keeping current.

Outside the clinic

A Scottsdale resident, she's an advocate for sun-smart skin health in a desert climate — the single most important, least glamorous part of every plan she writes.
