What causes Zepbound face?

There is no link between Zepbound or other GLP-1 medications and acne or other skin diseases. Does Zepbound face go away?

The volume loss does not reverse on its own. The loss of facial fat lasts as long as the weight loss does, so hollows and loose skin usually stay unless they are treated. Skin quality is different. Skin care improves skin quality, but it cannot replace lost volume or lift loose skin. Fillers restore volume but do not tighten skin. This is why Dr. Borakowski often combines treatments. She also prefers to wait until your weight has been stable for 3–6 months before significant filler work, because filler placed while your face is still changing can shift or look wrong as the fat keeps receding.

Sculptra for hollow cheeks and temples

Sculptra is a collagen biostimulator made of poly-L-lactic acid. It prompts your body to build its own collagen, so volume returns gradually over months and results last two years or more. It suits the broad, multi-area volume loss that often follows fast weight loss. A typical plan is 2–3 sessions about 8 weeks apart. After major weight loss, 3–5 sessions 4–6 weeks apart may be needed. The number depends on how much weight you lose, your age and how much your skin has sagged.
